Description
We are called to stay awake to the story of the God who has liberated Hebrew slaves from Egypt; the God, revealed in Jesus, who stood against the power structures of Roman and taught his disciples to do so; the God who liberated slaves in the American South; the God who is still speaking today -- to remind us, the church, that we are the people charged with remembering the God of liberation in our day.A sermon by Rev.
